Please won’t you be my neighbor?

I recently received some bittersweet news: my friends and neighbors Jed and Stacy both recently took new jobs outside of NYC, so off to the suburbs they go! Their sights are set on greener pastures, preferably with a big yard for their growing daughter, Hazel, and energetic dog, Momo.  They challenged me with taking pictures of their apartment to be featured in their listing materials. Despite years of my mom urging me to tune in to HGTV and OpenHouse to see various staged interiors, I felt underprepared. Before our shoot, I dug out my widest lens possible, and like the night before an exam in college, I crammed, scouring tips and techniques from the pros. In the end, I had nothing to be nervous about. Jed and Stacy’s apartment is extraordinary. It is a mirror image of them – bright, open, beautiful, and comfortable. The love that lives between these walls is palpable. The next owners will certainly be lucky.

Have you ever dreamed of living in Hoboken? Maybe we can be neighbors. Additional details can be found below.
